How do I download Forza Horizon 3 on PC?

I bought the game, but have no clue how to download it to my PC.

I bought mine digital through the Windows 10 Store app, it downloads from the Windows 10 Store app and placed it in my Windows 10 Xbox account.

Not sure how you would do playanywhere from Xbox disk, probably tied to your account though.

So when you bought it, you did not have to do anything to make it download?

For some reason it is not in there. So im talking to Microsoft right now.
