FPS on CS:GO
I'm currently using the GTX1070 ( Laptop Version ) but I'm only getting a stable 200 with 300 at max and sometimes it drops to 80. From other videos on YouTube I see, they are hitting like 300-500 with a GTX1060 ( Desktop Version ) which is like the equivalent of a GTX1070 ( Laptop Version ). Any one has an idea of why is this happening? I also tried fpsmax_0 but it didn't help. Thanks in advance :D

Spec:
GTX1079 DDR5 8GB Ram
i7-6700k
16GB of DDR4 Ram

Try other games and see if the issue persists.

Besides, pretty sure when it comes to Source -games (without some odd configs, at least) the FPS cap is 300. Not that framerates above your monitor's refresh rate even make a difference to anything anyway.

Then maybe you shouldn't use a game that runs on a toaster and can only use two CPU cores.
