problem with 2 step verification for uplay

So guys today I installed new ROM on my phone(Android) and I lost google authenticator so I was unable to login to my uplay account but I had backup codes written so I tried to use them but none of them working also by Facebook linked I am able to access my management page for account but unfortunately when I click on off authenticator it's just loading and loading is there any way to disable authenticator
Sorry I am posting here because i don't know how to start discussion on Uplay
