Steam store videos not loading
So I can load Youtube videos no problem, stream movies and other things but when it comes to Steam the store's game preview videos are n't loading. They'll play a few seconds then just "die" and never go anywhere else. Is there a way to "fix" this or what gives?

Any help is appreciated. I've tried all I know to try to get it to work and nothing seems to be helping or working. Thanks in advance. :mllrmask:

Try downloading or updating Adobe Flash Player, or even Shockwave.
Maybe try Adobe Air as well, see if it works.

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
https://get.adobe.com/shockwave/
https://get.adobe.com/air/

Please reply and tell if it worked or not.

For some reason it won't let me download Adobe Shockwave. I'm not sure why but every time I click download now it just takes me to the Adobe home screen.

I do have Java and no antivirus to block the installation. Not sure what the deal is with that one. :/

It's like Flash Player, but a bit different. So, did any of those work?

Okay apparently it's all up to date according to my web browser and Adobe's website. I'll try to get Adobe Air now.

Steam Store videos don't actually require Adobe Flashplayer.

I'm trying to find that one thread from my post history where someone had stuttery Store videos, if the same might apply to you.

I clicked "download air" and it does the same thing. It just goes to the main page and it's not showing in my Firefox/Chrome plug-ins or control panel. I'm not sure why. I tried downloading it straight from the Adobe website. No antivirus or anything is enabled to block it.

Well I'd love to know why the heck they won't load then. :/

Yes it has before and here lately it just "died". Like I have to click on a video like 5-10 times to get it to barely load to even get an idea of what is in the game. It's quicker for me to just go to Youtube to find videos on the game. :/

On your Steam, click on the top corner menu Steam>options>inferface uncheck the little box.

I can get to the internet options, but not finding the LAN settings area. :/
