universal access help plz

this is my 4th discusion and no one has told me what to do when i try to message my friend on csgo it says i need to allow universal access which i already did like 20 time plz help

univercial access is given but still says its not

i have csgo on my mac and it says i need to give it univercial access. I did this when i first got it and i did it again. still says i need to do it. i reset steam, my mac and my wifi and uncheck and then check again the give access in the system preferences. i open up csgo try to chat with my friend and it says i cant because i need to give universal access which i already did. i watched like 9 youtube videos and did exactly what it said and still when i try to join a chat on csgo it says i cant cause i need to give universial access which i did like 20 times please help!!!!!

Isn't Universal Access a Mac thing?
