Rather than /history/, is there nothing under https://store.steampowered.com/account/ itself?
I'd say it's not going to re-subscribe. ESEA seems to have options for both the singular purchase as well as the recurring. Latter you have to select under [Select a subscription plan] on its store page.

They have "one month" as both one-time purchase and as a subscription for that reason, is how I'd perceive it.
