Steam say that my account is a "Cyber Cafè"

Hi!
I received this account from a my friend.
If i try to trade items, it say "Cannot trade because your account is a Cyber Cafè"..
Or if i try to share games it say "Account disabled"..
Idk what is the problem D:

That account belongs to your friend, not you. That is the only problem you have right now. Please set up your own account and the problem with the Cyber Cafe should clear up.

The account is of my friend. Is with my friends info. He gived me only for play/use it. If he want the account back no problem..
He doesn't sell/gived me permanent

If your friend wants to share their games with you, they should look into Steam Family Share. As General Zod said above, sharing login information is a no-no.
