Can hijackers delete games?
Can people who stole your steam account delete your steam games if you have blocked your Steam account?

Games can't be permanently deleted from an account. Even if a hijacker uses the delete feature from the support page, the license is not deleted and the game can be restored at any time.

Undelete You can either browse to the game's page and do it from there, or tunnel through the support interface for your recently deleted games.
