UIAutomationCore.DLL is missing.

I recently encountered a problem where FSX SE was crashing like 30 seconds into a flight... While looking for a solution to this problem, i came across a post that told me to delete the UIAutomationCore.DLL so i did... it didnt fix anything, so i reinstalled it...Long story Long, Every time i try to start up a game i get this stupid Game Panel System error pop up that says "The program cant start because UIAutomationCore.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem... AND I EVEN DID! I deleted steam and all my games... EVERYTHING and i keep getting this error.... Not to mention now when ever i start up Xplane 10, It crashes.... I really hope someone can help me.
