is it possible to delete my old account and to remove the regesterd serial numbers or do i have to get new serial numbers for the games i purchaced?need to start completely over on a new profile

Even if Steam deleted your account, the serial keys will not be freed up to be used again. Serial keys are one time use, and permanently bind the game in question to the account in question. You may be able to family share the games from your current account to your new account.

Not all Games can be shared.

Games that uses third-party DRM for example, or Games you have been banned on.

I mean, Steam tells you that before you can activate the key.

However, Subscriptions are not transferable, and even if your access to a Subscription for a particular game or application is terminated, the original activation key will not be able to be registered to any other account, even if the Subscription was obtained in a retail store.

You have to agree to that before you redeem the key.

thank you for the info you gave me, still a bit new to this, only started a month ago but got banned due to a trojan on my pc, the trojan was removed a weak ago but the ban is still active so i want to start everything fresh on a new profile,will look for the game on the new profile

Thumbs up for accepting the facts. Many banned people over there in the VAC forum somehow think it's Valves responsibility to keep their PC clean and go into blind rage ignoring everything people tell them on the forum.

If your trying to play the game you were banned on, you need to buy it again on a new account.

i was only vac banned and not developer banned, hopefully they lift the ban after some time because i did not cheat on the game, gonna do a vs every day to make sure this does not happen again,
