Lost email and recovery methods
Hey! My stepdad wanted to take up some more gaming besides World Of Tanks. And he have a Steam account, with a email he don`t remember (maybe that don`t even exist anyone) and a credit card that was long gone. He hasn`t been on the account for at least 5-7 years...
How is it possible to recover it? :I
I hope some of you can help us out! We`d really really aprreciate it!

Contact Support and provide them proof of purchase.

Read the Recovering a Lost or Forgotten Steam Account article. But if your father wants to recover the email then you would have to contact support by providing a ticket and asking here. For the credit card the Providing Proof of Ownership artile will be useful.

Note: It will take up to days, weeks, and possibly even months for support to answer so be patient.
