ARMA 3 launcher steam is offline

Hello everyone,

i've been trying to find a solution for this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ problem for days but nothing is working, when i launch arma 3 launcher either from arma 3 folder or from steam the launcher gives me a message on dashboard saying "arma 3 units data acquisition failed"
and on servers tab it says "steam if offline or not running. List of servers isn't available"

-i don't have my steam on offline mode
-i have all net framework stuff installed
-i run everything as administrator

i hope someone can help me out with this problem. And thanks in advance.

did you ever find out a fix for this? same this is happening to me after downloading prairie fire dlc
