Refund Game - Change credit card
Hey,

I currently in the situation that i want to refund Roller coaster tycoon,
But i can't change to a correct credit card to refund it to.

I have changed credit card since i bought the game and it's not updated accordingly to the update card.

In short - Refund page states the old credit card or steam wallet.
I did like to have the money back to the correct card.

Are Valve using my credit card number or the bank account number associated that is the same for both cards?

As others have said, refund to your Steam Wallet.

Note: you have to be within the 2 weeks owned/less than 2 hours played requirement for a refund... They may give a refund if you're slightly outside of those limits bit I wouldn't count on it.

But i did like to have them back on my bank account. Won't this be possible at all?

You can try sending a ticket through support.steampowered.com, explain your situation and ask for an exception. The rules clearly state original payment method or Steam Wallet, so don't get your hopes up.

I'm reasonably sure that if they can't reach the original method of payment the Steam Wallet is the only other option available.

Imagine how would be exploitable if you could ask Support to refund another method of payment.
