"Steamhappy" Emoticon Missing
The :steamhappy: emoticon shows up as a missing icon for me. I've cleaned out the Steam folder to try to fix it, but that didn't work. It doesn't even show up for me on the Steam website. Any tips on how to fix this?

Works for me.

Try clearing your Web Cache under [Steam > Settings > Web Browser > Delete Web Browser Cache]

When you try to access this page on your other web-browsers. Does it show up?

Nope, still shows up as a missing icon.

What about mobile device's browser? Via Wi-Fi and cellular (I don't mean both enabled simultaneously)?

If it's missing on both, then there's probably not much you can do about it.

Uhhh... Yeah, it shows up as a missing icon on my phone too...

So it looks like this might be a profile issue then?

If it contributes to anything, I have this issue with every game's icon: http://i.imgur.com/MVenIL2.jpg

Meanwhile my friend sees them normally.

Could be something on the server side, -shrugs-

It's not a big issue, just one of those small, slightly irritating things.

Which branch of Steam support should I contact?
