Low ping, No packet loss, still lag?
Recently ive been trying to play rocket league and battlefield 4, and i was lagging with 40-70 ping. At first i thought it was the games, then it did the same thing with counter strike source, so i thought it was packet loss. After that i tested for packet loss using cmd and it said i had 0% packet loss. Im still lagging even at 40 ping, can someone help?

in cmd i did ip config to get my ip
then i did [ping (my ip)]

Why ping your own IP? That's quite useless to diagnose network issues.
I bet your IP started with 192, which means you pinged yourself in your local network, while your issue is on the internet, which does not use the 192 IP range. Your internet connection could be completely offline and the ping would still work fine.
