The problem of the file of Football Manager 16.

I have reinstalled my computer.and I follow the instructions to backup and recover the files of FM16.But when i start the game and try to load them, the files disappear and the game cannot read them.How can i do with it?Thanks!

So the restoration succeeds, you get the files and Steam allows you to click [Play] on the game, but then something goes wrong?

Have you tried verifying the game cache afterwards?

And it didn't find any missing / corrupt files?

What's your antivirus? Tried putting the game's folder to your real-time scan exceptions, and then tried booting it up?
