play game on second monitor

hi all, I tried to search for but couldn't really find an answer to my quesiton.
I have a laptop with a second monitor.
I want to play in my bigger monitor and keep the built in monitor has the main monitor for the computer.
as soon as I launch the game they automatically open in the smaller window.
once I move to the bigger window if I go full screen they always go to the smaller one.
how can I play full screen in the second window?
I tried checking in the settings but didn't go far.

any idea? if I google all the answers seem to point to third party softwares.

Set tue monitor you want to have the game on as the primary monitor on Windows. Or use play in (borderless) windowed mode.

i don't want to have my big monitor has the main in windows.
it seems to work if I launch steam in game mode clicking in that "gamepad" thing on the top corner
