even tho I have it on my steam library folder. and I tried it with every other game and it was the same. does anybody know how to fix this / link games to steam??? I dont really want to reinstall game as big as 60gb again.

If launching the game does not cause Steam to recognize the existing files, I'm afraid all you can do is download the games again.

FIX: go to steam>settings>downloads>steam library folders>add new folder, now search for your game folder, it might be on C disc. select it. FIXED!
