I Have LEFT 2 DEAD 2 CD, BUT DONT HAVE CD/DVD READER in my PC, what now ?

You can enter the CD-key by clicking "Add a game" in the bottom left, then "Activate a product on Steam".

Put the code in Steam or log into the account you used it on. Download game, play. Toss disk, it is literally worthless now.
