Delete server addons for gmod

Hi everyone im somewhat new to steam and gmod and pc/laptop gaming in general. and i just joined tons of servers not knowing they would download to my memory. i would like to delete them i just dont know how. ive looked it up and it says to delete from my steam apps then from common thrn to gmod then downloads but i dont have aany of that. btw im using a MAC book pro 13 inch 2015 version on 10.11.6 as my software update

The Library folder is hidden. to open it, click the desktop to make sure you're in the Finder, hold down the Option key, then choose Go > Library. After getting there open up the steam folder. Then you should see the folders for all of your games, open the Garry's Mod one.
