PS2/3 controller not working in some games
so i have a ps2/3 controller hooked up to my computer but the games with "partial" controller support wont even register my controller. how i can gte games like warframe and such like that to register my controller

Get a controller that's actually supported on the PC. Sony never intended you to use their controllers for PC games. Get an XBox 360/One one instead. Microsofts wants you to use the XBox controllers on the PC, Sony doesn't.

great a waste of money getting a controller from game stop just to not be able to use it on all my games

If the people at Gamestop said you could use that on your PC, they lied to you. Simple as that.

If the game supports XBOX controller, use drivers that make PS controllers 'act' as xbox controller.

Edit :

Ignore the PCSX2 and PCSX-R part.. This is only necessary for emulation.
