⬆ Yes there are, but I think OP was referring to major discount events (ones that apply to the vast majority of games/software sold here, namely Summer Sales and Halloween type of deals).

That likely make it like $20 or so and it's been cheaper than that but for those $20 you get Left 4 Dead 2, CS:GO, Half-life2 but also the older titles and the expansions.
