Elder scrolls online customer support sucks
This is garbage iv sent countless emails from my suspended accout to get to reply iv gotten no where this happened 3 days ago my boyfriend has also sent emails to try and help get my accout back i didnt pay for a game and a membership to have my account suspendeded for no reason at all all i was doing was playing the quest line with friends we were just traveling to the next place and we have both probably sent countless emails about it all iv gotten is one coppy paste answer telling me the suspension was due to suspicious activity and to scan for a virus and then to replay to the email with my information and i have done that countless times with no reply iv replyed to 7 or 8 times now it still says that was waiting on customer as its status when iv sent 7 or 8 emails to replay and get no answer i feel like im talking to no one  and i still havent gotten anywhere i dont appreciate putting in my card information and spending money on something just to be ripped off shouldn't have to jump threw hoops to get a response from customer service or spend 2 hours just to find customer service and iv had to  go so far as createing another account to send an emails from so that might finally get a responce this is absolutely ridiculous i feel like im being ignored and i would like to know why my real account was is suspended and why they have waisted 3 days of my 30 day membership with this waist of time email nonsense iv spent more time waiting to be helped then i have spent actually playing the game dose anyone have phone number or direct email i can to talk to an actual human person if thats possible im sick of this unhelpful auto response nonsense this is the worst customer survive experience iv ever had with anything its been 3 days can i please actually be helped by someone because submitting a ticket has only gotten automated messages that tell me to submit a ticket again

3 days ago? No offence, but bear in mind people at support are people too. Let alone the fact it was Sunday yesterday.

I do wonder what you thought the benefit would be to post this on the general Help & Tips forums though, when not only is your ESO not tied to your Steam -account; it's not even a Steam -related question?

Also, could you try to use some spacing in your text in the future?

This isn't anything anyone here can help you with. But the best way to get help is to not spam the support with extra emails.
