Steam Overlay Doesn't Work With RivaTuner! Please Help!

I know people were talking about this in the past few years but I can't find a solution yet!!
Steam Overlay doesn't work if I'm running RivaTuner in any game! I have to exit "MSI AfterBurner & RivaTuner" before I launch Steam! then I launch steam and the game I want the overlay will work fine, then ALT+TAB then start "AfterBurner & RivaTuner" again in order to get them all working together!! the sitution is getting worse by time!
Please does anyone knows any soultion for this?

Everything I have is up to date (MSI AfterBurner 4.3.0 Beta14 & RivaTuner 6.5.0 Beta5)

First of all, stop running betas.

It's the first version to support DX12, I was waiting long time for this.. Plus I had the same issue in final releases.

Dumb change made in the latest version, prevents the steam overlay from hooking because the developer got fed up with waiting for Valve to fix it.

At least, that's what it sounded it like.

Still didn't fix anything :(

Adding the .dll back to the inject delay config fixed it for me. It's not working for you?

Must be a Windows 10 problem then.

It does work.

Just make shure to SET ON direct 3d support in Global, Steam and Steam Overlay. Also, you have to change in Properties to 64 bits (obviously, only if you are running on 64 bit architecture and operational system).
