Philippine pesos, or Mexican pesos?

You need to add more money to your account, or spend money outside your Steam Wallet.

If you're talking about Steam Community Market, one of its requirements is that you're an unlimited user.

If you added those 50 Pesos of yours with a Steam Wallet Code, that's another no - since you need a purchase; not a redemption - and it has to be more than 30 days old; less than 365 days old.
