Click “Steam”
 “Check for Steam Client Updates”
 “Check for Video Driver Updates”

STEP 2 (If Needed)
Right Click on the game, in your libary, that is giving you problems
 Click: “Properties”
Local Files --> Click: Verify Integrity of “Game Cache”

Sites are going to try to charge you for a file that is given to you for free on steam.

Sometimes your virus protector quarantines this file with the viris creating the problem.

Are you maybe speaking about a false positive?

Because the least worry that you should have with a trojan, is if steam dll gets deleted and how to re-add.

It doesnt matter if they charge or not. You dont load things randomly. Keep to the source.

Well some people do not know what they are doing so, I just wanted to post this and help those who are not so fluent in the langauge of PC files and are unaware of that issue. Thank you for pointing that out because it is very true.
