credit card problems
im trying to buy arma 3. i work at taco bell and instead of having a bank i use their money network card. it is a visa card but everytime i try to buy it it says declined. how do i fix this

Have you registered your name and address to the card in question? Are you sure the card can be used for online purchases?

yes i am sure ive used it to buy things off amazon. i may just have to buy like an actual steam wallet card

That would be my suggestion. If it's not working directly on Steam, then your best bet is to just buy a wallet card.

Just to be completely clear, by yes you mean you have registered a name and address to the card? Some online merchants only compare the card number and CVV2, and will ignore a missing or incorrect address. Steam however will check the name, billing address, phone number, card number, and CVV2. If anything out of those is missing or incorrect, the transaction will be refused.
