How to add a donate button to a workshop item?

Someone on the steam workshop posted an item with a paypal donate button, and I was wondering how I can do it too, i'm trying to get a gaming computer

I don't personally have a PayPal link on my profile on steam anywhere but if you see my profile its the same thing but you would put PayPal link in your info instead.

I'm pretty sure when you press Formatting Help at the bottom of the comment section here or on your profile when editing a text box it will show you how to do a url link.
