How does this actually works? And i didnt quite understand what does this mean.. Btw thanks for replying

So what you mean is, steam already refunded the money but, they sent it to the payment provider? So i have to contact the payment provider and request a refund there and not on the steam support? Seems like i did the right thing, thanks mate!
It will be automatically transferred back to your (bank) account.
It is PayMaya, and a Virtual Card.. i contacted them already, they say that they encountered thesame complaint, so i did what they wanted me to do.. and they will keep me posted about the development.. anyway, thank you for your replies :)
