Steelseries siberia 650 low mic volume

Hello guys,

I just got the siberia 650 today and my mic wasn't working at all (fixed that). But when I got into a skype call, my volume is very low. Does someone know how to fix this? (the mic volume in skype is 100%).

Weird solution, but try to alternate Steam own voice setup in settings? That worked for me. My mic audio was so low that even I couldn't hear it at all. But after I altered the Steam voice settings it's working properly on everywhere!

I realize this is a bit old, but just in case you're still having problems....

I just found out there's a firmware update for the headset that addresses exactly this!

If you plug it in via the usb and check in the steel series software you should have a few update. :D

Thanks for your reply (although it's a bit late xD). But I already returned the headset after a few days of trying, and bought a Kingston HyperX Cloud 2 which is working fine ;)

I'm actually having the same issue. But the firmwire in the steel series software don't address the low microphone volume for me :( I've tried almost everything. And when i try to connect it in another computer it works flawless.
