refund and steam request?

I download a bad itch.io game had to recover my steam account during the time that I did not my account 2 game and a dlc was gifted to tow people that I do not know I have a steam request and 2 refund going since Sunday and I have hear nothing from the request and I don't have any money amount pending next to my name on steam but my refunds are pending?

Sounds like they got their account compromised due to some malware they downloaded.
Then the account hijacker used their Steam account to gift games to other accounts.
It seems they requested a refund, which is pending because the recipient hasn't agreed to the refund yet.

i did the requested for the refund and i don"t have and money pending next to my name.

You failed to secure your account properly.

If the refund is denied, which is most likely due to the recipient not agreeing to a refund, that's it.

so do i have to message the peoples that receive the game and ask them to agree to the refund?

They have to agree to the refund. Good luck with that. If they say no, Valve will not refund you.
