Steam Profile

My nephew has a steam profile. We can see it...but he is having trouble signing in with his email and even a new password. I'd hate for him to lose his games. I thought he deleted his account but it is still visible with purchased games on it. We've tried to contact Valve but no response. Desperately need an expert to help us get back in. Note: I can see his profile on my friends list.

Note, you must be signed out of ALL Steam accounts to do this.

Just pick the "I do not have access..." or a similar option when asked. JUST SCROLL DOWN.

Nevermind.

Just a note because this happens a lot; people assume it's the password that is wrong when it's not. Steam requires your account name, NOT your profile name - those aren't the same things. Also, DON'T use your email address. Login is solely by ACCOUNT name. You can find your account name on emails sent to you by Steam.
