THEY SCAM ME AND DELETE PRIME AND RANKS?!

Hello, I recently came back to the game, I did not know that there are hacks by API_Key but okay, I canceled and changed the password, only the problem is gone "Rangs" "STATUS PRIME", I wrote to the Steam support, but since I have a lot of evidence I need it was someone supposed to return such a situation?

No one can delete prime and neither were you scammed otherwise your knives and skins would be gone already. If you don't play for 30 days your rank disappears and it will be back after winning 1 game.

Two days ago I had ranks, prime lvl and everything after an API hack, they changed the description, nickname and removed prime, I only have options to buy ...

Once bought Prime is PERMANENTLY added to your account and NOTHING can remove it. If your account got HIJACKED you will att most lose your items, as that is the target of the hijacking.

If some one hijacked your account....you not seeing prime status is the least of your worries.
If they played some games and cheated is your worry

they did not make it, I just acted quickly, but I want to regain the prime and the ranks for which I paid, which I care, that Valve has such security, only new boxes would be done ..

As someone already said you lose prime ranks if you dont play for a certain time.

They are hidden until you play another game and gain xp.

Revoke the api key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

When you are finished with securing your account, restore Rust back on your account.

1. Go here https://help.steampowered.com/en/

2. Scroll down and enter the name of the game in the search bar.

3. Click on the game.

4. Select "It's not in my library"

5. Select "Restore the previously removed package to my account"

Technically, they can. I've done it on my account back when hijackers started doing this a couple years ago.

Hijackers can and have been doing it for the last couple years by removing the purchase through support to troll their victims.
