I CANT SELL AN ARCANIC RESONANCE BEAM ( this was gifted to my by a friend)
idk why some people can sell it on market already but i cant sell it is it because it was gifted to me ???

Correct, gifted things are basically bound to your account, otherwise the only other thing you can do is send it back to the gifter.
