Grind games

I have the hardest time finding a game i like. I want a game that I can grind a lot, but not heavy grinding, kinda like chill grind i can play while watching a series. A loot based game.

I don't want an easy game, but not way too hard.

And yes i have heard of runescape, WOW, Diablo and all of the basic ones

Anything Bethesda. Their games, while looking like RPGs on the surface, are mindless chill grind through and through. Meaning you'll be spending A LOT of time doing repetative tasks without too much attention required (so you can watch stuff on the side) all for the sake of numbers growing.
