Does anybody know if you can transfer non steam games on the steam mobile app?

Most tablet's / mobil might have data cable so you can transfer userdata to a pc with things like picture, cant say all mobil has that, then use send to other phone with it, and this is still not a steam issue.

none steam games, you might end up with moderator close post asap or move it to general chat or something like that.. )

If you're asking whether or not you can add a non-steam game to your library using the mobile app then the answer is no, it doesn't have that option.

If you're asking if you can use Steam Link to stream non-steam games then the answer would appear to be yes.
