Points shop empty for a number of games

For a while now, I've been having an issue where a bunch of games don't have any entries in the points shop, even though I'll get a background and emote when crafting a badge. Anybody have this problem (for example, Acting Lessons is empty for me) -- I just see the title of the game and nothing else.
I submitted a ticket but they eventually just closed it without helping or explaining what the problem was.
Anybody else have this problem? It's not all games but definitely quite a few I've seen and it's been at least a couple weeks that it's been a problem.

Not every game has items in the Points Shop. Not every game that has items in the Steam Market and for crafting a badge has items in the Points Shop.
It's optional for developers and publishers- they can put items in the Points Shop or not put items in the Points Shop- their choice.

There is no problem, except for mistakenly thinking that every game that has emotes and backgrounds has to also put them in the Points Shop. They don't.

And Acting Lessons *does* have Points Shop items:

And this is the problem I'm having. The page is completely empty for me. All I see is the title, there are no items listed there.

Close Steam completely, clear cookies and cache, relaunch Steam.

This usually happens when you block adult content or tags that the game has itself.

Doesn't help, same problem on my Deck, browser, phone, etc.

Yeah, my settings are good...must be something with my account though I guess. Support wasn't able to help though.

Not just adult games, either. Seems kind of random, many work, many don't.

Are you on Steam Client Stable or Steam Client Beta? If you're on the Beta Client, try switching back to the Stable Client, and see if they show up.

Same here, the page for a specific game is empty. Have you managed to solve the problem?

EDIT: I just found a "workaround". Go to a profile of someone who has equipped the point shop item from the game you can't see. From the profile, click the button to see which profile items are equipped on their profile. From there, you can actually purchase the items they have equipped.

It's not practical but it's the best way I found.

Go to the store page. Right side a few items should appear, as well as view all. Personally, view all doesn't work but the few with pictures do. So hopefully what you want appears.
