Where is "Hide/Unhide Device" for controller section?

I remember Steam used to have 'hide/unhide device' option to prevent client to use specific Xbox 360 controller, if choose to hide. Now, I can no longer find that option anywhere. Not in Controller setting, not in Big Picture, not in calibrate setting; nothing.

I enabled 3 Xbox 360 controllers, each and simultaneously, and none of them has that hide/unhide option anymore.

So, can anyone tell me where is it?
