How to remove demos from account?

I seem to have some game demos attached to my steam account. Two in particular are bothering me; The Keep Demo is showing up as one of my Perfect Games and an achievement for Torchlight Demo is showing up in my Rarest Achievement showcase.

Can anyone tell me how to remove these two demos from my account please?

Right click it in your library, then Manage, then Remove from account.

This won't remove the achievements though, so it will still appear in your perfect games and rarest achievements.

Thanks for the reply. I've searched my list of games but these two demos aren't showing up. Assuming that I've removed them in the past, does anyone know how I remove the achievements, or will this be a job for Steam Support?

You should consider using achievement manager to get rid of this problem

Thanks for the suggestion Matthew. I've been able to use SAM to re-lock the Torchlight and The Keep demo achievements and then use Steam support to remove them from my account.

Despite this, the Torchlight Demo achievement "Sir Mixes-a-lot" is still showing up in my rare achievements showcase and The Keep Demo is still in my list of perfect games. I'm not sure if there is a way to get the showcases to update or if they aren't programmed for achievements being "unachieved".

Perhaps something I should raise a support ticket to get resolved?

i do not think that re-locking them does anything steam side.once they are unlocked, that is it

steam support will not help when you tell then you used sam and would like them to undo what it did. it is not an "approved" program

Just to update, it looks like what I did has worked!

The Torchlight Demo achievement no longer appears in my rarest achievement showcase and The Keep Demo is no longer in my list of completed games. I'm not sure how long it took for the changes to take effect, but it's now done exactly what I was expecting.

I know this is an old thread but i have a similar problem, have "ape out demo" with an achievement in the perfect score games and want to get rid of it, also a junk game called "summer sale" and i want to get rid of its achievs, so u only have to use sam to delete the achievs and they will magically disappear from ur completion list?
