TF2 Inventory not available at this time

"This inventory is not available at this time. Please try again later." - I have seen this most days for the past month. Is anybody else having the same issues with their tf2 inventory? Steam support is unfortunately no help, how can this be an issue for so long?

Works fine here. Very likely DNS issue on your end.

This is a thing that happens with Valve games around this time of year (or holidays, etc) but mostly to TF2. This means whether you believe it or not they're changing things. Seems that every special event requires them to possibly take their inventory servers offline rather than perhaps some less intense live-update mechanism.

Thanks for the comment but I am unsure about this. My other Steam inventories are fine and the issue persists between DNS addresses.

Fair enough, so typical Valve stuff then?

If it happens a lot then that is reassuring but frustrating! Thank you for clearing it up

It's been happening to me for days and others having the same issue confirms that it's a server-side issue.

Only by waiting out TF2 item server issues.

Im having this issue right now, I was trading a Taunt for Refs , when suddenly i couldn't confirm the trade and my inventory wasnt available. Hope it get fixed soon.

can confirm that my inventory is also unavailable at this exact moment, also i cant connect to the game coordinator despite having verified the files integrity, switching dns doesnt seems to fix either

just gotta wait it out just a matter of time maybe one day valve will get their ♥♥♥♥ together

Why does it cancel the trade during these times? I get trade offers but then they are cancelled. How long can trade offers last and why do they keep getting cancelled if I dont see them the same second they send? Then Inventory buggers up and I can't even initiate a trade cuz the Inventory won't show. This is so frustrating.

This happened to me as well it will cancel it and once you can view your tf2 inventory through steam then send it again it is a pain in the ass
