Why Am I Seeing DLC I Haven't Bought On The Game Pages?

I'm seeing that I have every DLC for games like The Blackout Club and Viscera Cleanup Detail, when I haven't bought any of it

A few possibilities, 1) you bought a combi pack and didn't realise it. 2) They've set it up incorrectly and given the DLC away by accident, I've seen this one happen. 3) A Steam bug.

Whichever it is you could always post in the games forums to bring their attention to it.

Are you talking about the library game page in the client?

Are you seeing this from Steam library? If yes read the text on screen it often answers your questions before asking sometimes. What you see is letting you know / showing you there DLCs you can buy for the game you have.

If you're talking about game store page, not your library, then maybe cache issue you have to clear, or server issue that resolve itself in time.

Valve updated the library pages and it now shows a box of DLC you don't have. Steam is a store, it's not illogical that they try things to drive sales.

While I'm glad there is a quicker way to access the DLC part in the store now (no need to go through the main game store page, just a button in the library page now), I do wish we had a toggle to turn that box with missing DLC off.

I much rather have a "DLC for your games" part in the Steam store.

Don't know about "Blackout Club" but "Viscera Cleanup Detail" is a free stand-alone DLC for "Shadow Warrior."

Which update are you refering to? As I said before it showing you content you can get for the game.

Okay, I stand corrected. VCD (Viscera Cleanup Detail) is actually a standalone game on Steam with DLC, whereas, VCD-SW (-Shadow Warrior) and VCD-SR (-Santa's Rampage) are "side projects" of the game.
