Whichever it is you could always post in the games forums to bring their attention to it.
If you're talking about game store page, not your library, then maybe cache issue you have to clear, or server issue that resolve itself in time.
While I'm glad there is a quicker way to access the DLC part in the store now (no need to go through the main game store page, just a button in the library page now), I do wish we had a toggle to turn that box with missing DLC off.
I much rather have a "DLC for your games" part in the Steam store.
