How do I prop surf more efficiently?

So this prop surfing I want to do is not the same as picking up a prop, walking backwards jumping constantly, and swinging it side to side I already know how to do that one. I'm interested on the wall climbing prop surf. Basically you have a box or some other prop, go to a wall, preferably a corner, and jump on the prop then spam space and e. I have a Razer Naga Expert MMO Gaming mouse and I want to use these two keys (space and E) in the macro but I can't get the timing or delay timing quite right, could somebody please help me get the timing just right?

Mouse acceleration: 0

Razer Synapse 2.20 (latest version as of the time I'm writing this and already checked for updates)

Delay on macros: 0.017 (Default delay)
