Disable Xbox DVR

I have not a xbox account or something and i didn't log in to the xbox app. But now i'm in the registry editor and i'm at step 5: Create key GameDVR and step 6: Create DWORD 32bit called "AllowGameDVR" and set to 0 How to do this?

Right mouse click the [Windows] -folder. -> [New > Key]

Then right mouse click said key (titled: GameDVR [so it's not selected as Windows anymore]), use the same above method, but this time instead of [Key], click [DWORD (32-bit) Value]

Name that as AllowGameDVR, and set its value as 0.
