Steam's refund policy is less than 2 hours of playtime and less than 2 weeks since purchase

Since you do not meet the refund requirement you cannot refund the game

If they said no, please accept that as a no.

Maybe you should take some responsibility for your own parenting. If your child has the ability to purchase things without your permission, you have gone wrong somewhere
There are ways to prevent your child from buying things without permission on Steam.

Act like the parent you are and don't try to push the responsibility to someone else.

I'm not ganna just accept something because that's the "rule" I didn't authorize the purchase and I want it refunded my credit card wasn't allowed to be used by my child . there needs to be a refund request for situations like this or just remove the 2 hour mark I understand a week but if someone didn't allow there child to buy the item for 35.00 ♥♥♥♥♥♥ dollars I want my money back

You take the money out of their allowance untill they pay off the game.

You shouldn't have given access to your child then. 2 hours+/-, no refund after that. Those games are not even suited for him. Let him work it out in a garden or what, Steam will not give you refund.

Report your child to the police for fraud then and teach them a lesson, This is in no way Valve's responsibility.

None of this is Valve's problem, it's yours as a result of your kid misusing your CC info which apparently you didn't keep from him if he wasn't supposed to be able to use it. That's not for Valve to solve. Your kid has wasted your refund opportunity already and that's it.

The only recourse you have is to force a chargeback on the CC, which will get the game removed and restrict your (or your kids) account from any future purchases/acivations/trading/community features forever. Basically freezing it as it is now. He'll still be able to play what's left on the account but won't be able to add to it anymore. You also won't be able to use the CC on Steam anymore.

So what you're saying is, your child took your credit card without your permission, spent 35 dollars in a game you didn't want them to purchase, and now you want Steam to give your money back so you can skip the part where you teach your kid something useful for their life.

Makes sense.
