Can't view reply from Steam Support

I had asked Steam Support a question about a game, and when they finally answered, the email link said I could view my question online. But instead, it takes me to the login page of S.S. Does this mean that they only reply inside emails, or that my question was taken down? Any help would be appreciated.

You have to log into Steam Support, then select your ticket and view the response.

after logging into steam support there should be a bit at the top of the page that says 'previously asked questions' click on that and it should direct you to your question.

Yeah, they've made it redirect to Help Desk a bit more than I'd like.

Try to log in while under https://support.steampowered.com/ticketlist.php
