Can't buy CSGO with my steam wallet.
Hi guys, i'm having problems purchasing CSGO with my steam wallet.
1. I have enuf balance
2. I've added CSGO to my cart
3. Payment options to choose (that's where I am now)
I don't have any other payment options provided there (e.g. visa paypal) I only have my steam wallet balance.
Plz do reach my back ASAP.

Do you try to purchase it as a gift? CS GO had restrictions put on the previous sale, not sure if is lifted.

Generally, when you have Steam Wallet funds and they cover the payment, you're not prompted the payment options unless you press [Back] from the bottom left or choose a different method in the confirmation method.

Does it tell you to select a secondary payment method? Because if so, then you do have insufficient funds in your Steam Wallet.

It's lifted. The button used to be grayed out, not anymore.

Just that if the recipient gets a VAC or game ban, you won't be gifting the said game again to anyone ever again.

Even if he doesn't have enough, the wallet should still show up. Doesn't it take the money from the wallet first, and then charge the rest with a different method?

Anyway, your best bet is contacting Steam Support.

The wallet wouldn't show up if it shows him the secondary payment methods (because the Steam Wallet would be the primary method), was my point exactly.

Guys,

1 I have 26.61 balance in my wallet
2 I tried to change payment methods from my acc but still theres not option available to choose (make payment from my wallet)
3 I don't know how to change secondary payment as I can't find any options give.

Steps I've faced,
1 Finding CSGO
2 Added it to my card
3 Have to choose purchase options (buy for meself or buy as gift) both are continued to choose payment options which there will be all others only not from my wallet.
4 PROBLEM!

Should I contact Steam Support?

Dying to play CSGO, help me out!
