Will Steam terminate your account? Not necessarily.

What can happen is that a product key is revoked and the game removed from your account when that product code was either stolen or acquired through fraud.

If that product revocation happens frequently, Valve may suspend your account for being involved in repeated fraudulent activity.

and what if someone has such keys and doesn't know about it?, is it better to delete them from the steam library permanently?

How, or why, are you going to delete keys from your account you don't know are fraudulent?

At any rate you're kinda worrying over nothing. It's not likely a person has bogus keys, is wholly unaware of it, and Valve is going to discover them en mass and suspend the account.

Stop buying grey market keys if you have a concern. If you're buying a lot of keys that get revoked, then you might have a clue and pretending ignorance isn't reasonable.
