Issue with Steam not receiving mic input but PC does

Ok, so a month ago Steam started not receiving Input from any and all Audio Input sources I have. The Input systems I have in question are the built-in Microphone Array on the laptop, and the Headset Mic. When I run an Mic Test on the Laptop, the Laptop says it gets Input. However, Steam says there's no input (And on a side note Discord does that too.), any suggestions to fix this?

have you checked in the voice settings in Steam that the correct MIC is selected in the input?

Yep, I checked it and it is. The PC and Steam will be both set to "External Microphone", but the only the PC will get Input.
