And as I said in post #1 you were NOT limited at the time I posted it. Likely browser/client just not updating since it was done/. Closing and loading again should cause it to sync the change
OP if you're still having issues, restart your client, and should work then.
His account isn't limited. He's still level 0 because he has no badges.
