Startup is very slow whether it's games or the client itself.

I have a Lenovo Legion 5 Pro with the 6800h 3070ti 32GB of ddr5 ram and a 1tb gen 4 ssd and I've been having this issue since I got it and steam starts up in like 20 to 25 seconds. It's not the biggest deal but it feels like sometimes I didn't actually press the application. I tried disabling all the startup services and putting it in safe mode does make it launch 5 seconds max but i'm not sure if disabling certain ms services would fix it but I have no idea which ones. It's only with steam so I don't know where to start I asked Lenovo reddit and same answers so I am hoping someone can help please and thank you.

What did Lenovo even said, or did they actual look at pc or just standard reply with no we cant help you common game devs or support reply. if they have no clue or is seen as not a Brand support problem or responsible for what it is.

dont forget you actual solve it with safe boot mode the 5sec only, so something most have been change or not loaded. ( could it be own security that live scan or something like that )

can you repeat the process and did it work fast again. or just backup run at sametime.
